Nate, who worked as a cashier at the front desk,, is the epitome of great customer service! The gentleman had a smile on his face and was incredibly polite, respectful, and funny. I think any restaurant could benefit from having someone like him. The food also came out super quick.

I love this place, I go here all the time. I always place a mobile order and it’s always ready every time I come here. The worker Nate was very nice and helpful. He helped me with my drinks to the car and was very sweet. This location needs to give him a raise!

Travelling through from Canada. I really enjoyed the fresh Chicken strips at this location. The employees were super friendly and provided great service. The food came out so hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the Peach tea and Zaxby's sauce!! Also tried the cheese curds and new item spring rolls both were so good! Great Job Zaxby's!

Food was overly salted and even saltier with sauces. The taste of honey mustard lacked sweetness. When our food was re-made they were not happy on our discontent to return it as it was as salty as the previous and the fries were even salty. All we can taste is salt. Won't be back! Got a refund and that's it. Bree wasn't happy.

The past two years I’ve had so many bad experiences at this zaxbys. Anywhere from as bad as them not putting ANYTHING on a sandwich except bread when I said plain, to giving me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke “because they’re out of coke and thought Dr. Pepper was close enough.” I imagine Stuart Brown doesn’t own this location anymore, because it was pretty decent when he did. It’s utter complete trash now. The employees are so lazy and rude and the food is literally always wrong every single time I go there. Don’t go here.
I live down the street and I order from here weekly. They mess my order up EVERY SINGLE TIME! I keep hoping that for once they can make the kickn chicken sandwich. However, they ruin it every time.

After ordering food for myself and my wife, we proceeded to wait 16 minutes which 10 minutes of that saw the food sitting in the window ready to be served. An employee was leaning up against the counter and continued pushing drive thru orders and it took the cashier to check on our meal and stop them from sending our food out to a different customer. My food was now cold from sitting for 10 minutes. Will not be eating in again. 11/04
