“I did an evaluation about a year ago (see below). Since then I have upped my visits to about once a week. I get great value for the money. The staff continues to make every meal a pleasant experience. Isabel and all the servers are exceptional.
This is only part of the story, Christopher (manager) deserves a Lion’s share of the credit. His ability to hire and direct quality personnel ensures your visit will be problem free.
I frequent this RT about twice a month. Their specials and promotions make having dinner out a no- brainer.
The wait staff are particularly attentive. Last night, Beth provided excellent repartee, incorporated with spectacular service. The joy of home, without the clean up.“

“Had an order error yesterday and called, but no answer and I gave up. The manager called me back! I have never in my life had this happen and I had to let you guys know that the manager named Faith, who was apparently covering for a mgr who had just walked out or quit unexpectedly, went way above and beyond. I went back today and the order was corrected for free. Awesome customer service! I will definitely keep coming back for my big ham and swiss Sammiches!“

“Today's visit to IHOP was fantastic. Improvements across the board. Nikki provided amazing service. The food great. Typical breakfast atmosphere. Gluten Friendly pancakes make me happy. Keep it up IHOP. UPDATE: IHOP has discontinued their Gluten free pancakes. That will cost you a star. 🤷“
