“They had mixed up my order and someone else’s. I expected a “oh well, deal with it” attitude as that what fast food service seems to have turned into in recent years. However, the gentleman working fixed the problem ASAP. Expressed that he was sorry for the inconvenience and gave us some coupons.It’s a little gesture but spoke volumes and I appreciated it a lot.“
“Had a little problem with the communication. But i,ve motice your prices have and going up! Please think agian,when you have board meeting. Lower prices more meat,less bread. And be consistent on how you cooking g your fries. Some taste good others taste bland or mushy.“
“The wife ordered me a Baconator weeks ago and brought it home, and it didn't have the right bread. I called, and the manager Rajay Swell he told me that the next time I come in, he'll take care of me. I went today, and he was the most nicest guy. He remembered me, and he did take care of me by providing me with another Baconator. People like him make me continue to come back, keep up the good work, leadership, and good attitude!!!“

“Nothing fancy, but excellent counter service and outstanding fresh fish meals. The sides were very good; portion size was nice (not stupendous, but generous). Not fancy; just good.“

“Im moving to Alaska this year and one thing I regularly think about missing is Tops. I personally think its the best most greasy burger in town and its delicious. The people working the window are always super nice and helpful and even though the line is usually around the building it moves quick. Super cheap burger but tastes great.“
“The food was great. Very flavorful, true to menu description, easy. The portions were perfect as to not have any leftovers. The price was awesome! We went late in the afternoon and it wasn’t crowded at all. The food came out promptly and they served us at an outside venue with a cute view. It was fun except they forgot the ranch we asked for.“
