Skip this McD!! Charged for wrong order, fixed it then handed us wrong order in drive thru. Entire process took 20min….for drive thru! I asked if they were all “in training” and they just stared at me. This place is riding the struggle bus.
Horrible. Not even worth one star. Went in at 2:10 pm on a Sunday. Ordered 2 drinks and a cheeseburger at kiosk. There was a group of about 8 people ordering at the same time on another kiosk.We were the only people in the store. My ticket printed at 2:13. We waited until 2:35, when a lady from the other group questioned an employee about their order. The employee apologized and said the she was the only person working when they arrived. Ok so if you order a large meal you get a medium drink I thought when I said hey I want this and it large it would be the fries and drink but I guess you got to say I want a large drink and large fries I am very disappointed and will not be back.
