There were only two employees working when we went for dinner tonight but they were KILLING IT. Working in fast food can be hard enough as it is, being this understaffed makes it much easier to become overwhelmed and frustrated. Nonetheless, we were greeted, asked how we were, attended to kindly and as quickly as manageable, our food came out in a timely manner, the order was correct and it was fresh. Ordered a enchilada burrito combo. The burrito was ALL rice, no chicken, no sauce, nothing but rice. Disgusting. They gave me chip crumbs and no cheese, and even forgot an entire double stacked taco. Who are they hiring here?

If you’re wanting to get your food quick on lunch break, don’t use this Taco Bell because they’re drive-thru conveniently never works, much like the employees, considering it’s not as if they have to take orders at the counter when there are kiosks that do it for them, but there’s always someone at the drive-through window and cash register with a headset on.
