“Went to eat dinner had a larger party, melody was great. Had our food in no time. One of the better places on the harbor. Every where had long waits and they were able to accommodate us quickly apposed to some other places we tried. Try the fries ?!“
“Tay is amazing!!!! She was so sweet, polite, patient, & attentive to everyone at our table and I even noticed how she kept her other tables updated. She came back in a timely manner to let us know about our food order and if something wasn’t right with our order, she didn’t hesitate to get it corrected. I loved her. Highly recommended her. As far as food, the seafood boil wasn’t worth the price, as far as taste nor presentation. The corn & potatoes my daughter said it was hard, so maybe it wasn’t cooked long enough. The fried shrimp was so good and tasty and the chicken plate that comes with corn, shredded cheese, rice, mushrooms, sautéed onions, and sauce (I recommend getting extra sauce) because it was too delicious. My overall experience was great and again Tay was amazing, I highly recommend her assisting you with your orders, she’s the beautiful Jamaican and we really appreciate how kind she was to us.“
“Nice experience. Good hot burger at anytime of the day. Greeted with a smiling face at 5am. You can't beat that. The place was very clean too. The fries were super yummy. I don't know what their performance is at rush hour but early morning won my vote!“
“I have no pictures it's a drive-thru it only gets four stars cuz the service was kind of slow I did wait about 18 minutes to get three orders of Burgers and Fries first time being here I do realize that this location is right in the heart of Party Town / it was spring break/ I get it College Young but after the long wait and the silliness we brought it back to the condo to eat again this was my first time I had the boneless chicken with honey butter they gave a bowl of honey butter and these Chicken Chunks soaked in it didn't think I was going to like it and I didn't think I even wanted to review this place but I get why now they call this place w h a t a b u r g e r cuz it is what it says wow what a burger“
“Love this place! There’s always good vibes, good food and good fun! It’s family friendly because they have a restaurant attached. There’s also cool games you can play and they have great music weekdays and on the weekends! They’re customer service is fast and friendly! Great job guys! Keep it up!“
“Really love this place. They have great classic burgers. Juicy and tasty. The patty is not too thick so I doesn’t feel like you're just eating a giant slab of meat. I went there twice. The second time I was on a mission. Allllll I was looking forward to was the haystack onions. Very finely sliced crispy fried sweet onions. They are DELICIOUS because they have very little batter on them. HOWEVER the second time I went, we were told after having to ask twice that they were being discontinued?? What?? They were still on the menu but when my food came out it was regular over battered onion rings. Completely different than the haystack onions. So disappointed. I really hope this was just a mistake and Smash Burger is not actually discontinuing them.Dietary restrictions: They actually sell a non dairy milkshake! They use non dairy ice cream. Huge props for that Smash Burger. I’ve never been to a burger place with milk alternatives for the shakes.“
“We are on the 20th floor which has an amazing view but elevators have been an issue. We also had difficulty with the cable for several days. Had to have our travel agent get ahold of them to get anything done about it. The rooms look like they are being remold and are nice just slightly out dated. No charging ports so bring a cube.“
“This is a great place to go have a few beers and a nice dinner, we went there 3 times while in Destin. We enjoyed the steak frites, fish tacos and truffle fries and the service was good too. They are very dog friendly which was a plus for us since we had our dog with us!“
