“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“The fries were cold but the burger was good. I don’t come here often cause whataburgers are only in north Florida and the panhandle. I’m in south Florida. I give this experience a 7/10 I still Recommend it.“

“I have Celiac and the gentleman working was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. He reassured me everything would be safe and even stopped one of the other workers after she almost accidentally cross contaminated my sub. I truly appreciate how careful he was and my sub was delicious. Out of all the jersey mikes I’ve visited this was the best experience I’ve had and it was all because of the one individual who went out of his way to ensure my sub was prepared in a safe way. We visited around 10:45am today, I didn’t catch his name but I hope he sees this and knows how much he’s appreciated.“
