The manager was great. You could tell his employees respected him. He was a long term employee I might have tried to poach! But I don’t do those kind of things in my community. Great job team!
The sandwiches at this Jersey Mike’s location are always terrific but the Store Manager Tyler and Asst Store Manager Twan make each visit exceptional. No matter how busy the store is, they take time to engage with the customers and make sure everyone gets what they need.
These two gentlemen deserve recognition from Corporate as examples of how store management should be.

We are locals and hands down one of our favorite places to visit, not just because of the sandwiches but because of the workers! Tyler is the most kind soul who goes out of his way to give top tier customer service all while making the most delicious sandwiches. I hope corporate recognizes this & understands that he deserves the world!
