“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“Just as good as every other Chick-fil-A that I have been to. I really like the way the app let's you order ahead and then pick up on the drive thru. That makes everything convenient. I will recommend this location just as highly as all of the other highly recommended Chick-fil-A locations!“

“Live chick fil a. My prior post about this location was wrong. Niceville knows exactly what they're doing from start to finish. It was the Panama City Beach location that needs a serious upgrade in both food prep and service and response to customer complaints. My sincere apologies to niceville please go out of your way to visit this location and to avoid Panama City Beach.“

“They do not play. The spicy chicken is 🔥 .. I ordered pick up and the order was ready on time. The place was clean but they only had two customers. Everything was delicious. The strawberry shortcake jar, their slim sauce, the ranch, the lemonade. This is my new expectation from fast food establishments. Thanks guys!!“

“Came here for the first time and got a salad. “Asian zenzation” or somthing. It’s smacking. Absolutely fire. People are nice they’re quick and clean. What more could you ask for. Go spend your money here, it’s worth it. I try to eat clean and like big portions so I do salad with chicken, this place has reinvented that for me. Nobody around is coming close to that salad around here.The little egg roll was hitting too 🤣🤣 I’d leave a picture but it’s half eaten as I write this“

“The food here was delicious! Absolute amazing!
I’m not exaggerating when I tell you this is the best chicken in Florida. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the flavor is so on point. Our food was fresh and hot. We had gumbo, dark chicken, shrimp and catfish basket, cheeseburger, dirty rice, red beans & rice, and biscuits. Everything was amazing!
I’m from Louisiana. I’m very hesitant about places that claim “Louisiana food” bc they are usually not. This place is truly a representation of Louisiana. The staff is friendly and took really good care of us. We will be back!“
