If you order through the app, you get to move along in a separate line so you’re not held up by those ordering through drive-thru. Service is always excellent and the food quality is consistent.“

I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Juju. She is absolutely incredible and truly sets the standard for what great leadership looks like.

From the moment I walked in, Juju’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. She runs the store with excellence, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the people she serves.

The restaurant was spotless, organized, and had a great atmosphere. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. The employees were friendly, respectful, and worked together so well, which is a direct reflection of Juju’s leadership. When a manager leads with kindness, energy, and high standards, it shows in every part of the business.

Juju went above and beyond to ensure everyone was satisfied, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She is hardworking, dedicated, and has an amazing ability to keep the store running smoothly even during busy times. Her passion for her job and her commitment to excellent customer service are truly inspiring.

It’s rare to come across a manager who cares this much and leads with such grace and confidence. Zaxby’s is lucky to have someone like Juju representing their brand. She deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every day.

“chicken strips are really crispy and hot“

“Great food! This is arguably the best chicken, dirty rice, Coleslaw, chicken sandwich and cornbread biscuit you’re going to find in Destin and the surrounding areas. The chicken was fried hard (just a smidge too hard for me but still delish) the portions are huge (a large side is actually a large side) and flavorful. Special s/o the red beans and rice we had a sample of that was sooo good I regretted not getting a large! Would absolutely recommend stopping here and eating on site the staff was super friendly and attentive. Really couldn’t ask for better.“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

The strawberry shortcake jar, their slim sauce, the ranch, the lemonade. This is my new expectation from fast food establishments. Thanks guys!!“

“Amid extraordinary challenges of supply shortages at this store today, the cashier - Spencer - and Manager - Ms Audri - came through with exceptional service! She apologized for the lack of spicy chicken available and informed me of the possible imminent delivery time but with no promises. She took my name and phone number and said I would receive a call if and when it arrived and was cooked. That was over the top in my view for Customer Service!! I spent time in the BX and returned in 30 min. or so and the cashier called out my name, letting me know my order was ready; hot and Spicy!! Well Done guys!! Keep up the good work! BTW, the food was GREAT!“

“Have I ever felt special walking into a fast food joint never. Until these ladies who work at this location. I’m amazed to how nice they were and so on point w everything. Kudos to everyone out here. I dined 3 weeks back or so w a party of 7 however I had to give them my words of appreciation.“
