“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“Chick-fil-A, Please *NEVER* take your grilled chicken wrap off of the menu. It is SO GOOD. I've had one 4 days in a row now, 😂 and it's become the only healthy option for me. Now the price is LOFTY, so... I shall take a break this weekend. I've been unwell for a long time since we (whole fam) caught COVID in mid-August. We don't have it now, just can't crush the lingering symptoms. With that said, the crunch from the dark greens & taste of your grilled chicken and the wrap itself? It's perfection. I don't even use 1/5 of the Garden Ranch dressing. Just a little bit because it's already amazing. If prices get too high to keep it on the menu, maybe make it only 1 pack of dressing per wrap, as 2 is way too much. I have a few packs of it in my refrigerator. I just wanted to give credit where it is due, as complaining seems to dominate these days. Also, the DAY CREW Stanford Station Chick-fil-A in Panama City, Florida is great! Please do not lose the wonderful lady who is always so kind to me & my daughter. She is the epitome of the best. We were there after school today, so i think it was some time between 2:30-3:30. My daughter is 10, and she sees and hears people being mean often, but she even said, "I love that lady. She's so nice." That speaks volumes. Keep up the excellent customer service & please do not make the wrap disappear on me. Thank you so much!“

“I hadn't been inside till just last Tuesday it was very clean and open I thought it was a sweet touch they had real flowers at each table shows they care about appreance. I will say they were that busy our food was out in about 3ish minutes we met some friends there and they came in a little after us and then they had a bit more people and their order was incorrect and missing items. No biggie we just had to ask for the missing items. However if it was drive thru we would have known till after leaving. So maybe they got flustered under the wave that came in.“
