“I pulled up to this Chick-fil-A location five minutes before it closed after leaving the hospital this evening. I’m not from here and I selected the Chick-fil-A closest to the hospital because I passed one on my way. The address said 23rd which was the street I was on. Come to find out I was at the wrong location. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond. Three minutes to close they fixed my order for me and helped me cancel the order that I sent to the wrong location. They truly took care of me even though it was my mistake. Kindness will never go unnoticed and will never be unappreciated. It is people like this who set their business apart from others. If I’m ever in Panama City, I will go out of my way to drive to this Chick-fil-A location because of these wonderful people. You all deserve an award for going the extra mile, with a smile!!

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“Chick-fil-A, Please *NEVER* take your grilled chicken wrap off of the menu. It is SO GOOD. I've had one 4 days in a row now, 😂 and it's become the only healthy option for me. Now the price is LOFTY, so... I shall take a break this weekend. I've been unwell for a long time since we (whole fam) caught COVID in mid-August. We don't have it now, just can't crush the lingering symptoms. With that said, the crunch from the dark greens & taste of your grilled chicken and the wrap itself? It's perfection. I don't even use 1/5 of the Garden Ranch dressing. Just a little bit because it's already amazing. If prices get too high to keep it on the menu, maybe make it only 1 pack of dressing per wrap, as 2 is way too much. I have a few packs of it in my refrigerator. I just wanted to give credit where it is due, as complaining seems to dominate these days. Also, the DAY CREW Stanford Station Chick-fil-A in Panama City, Florida is great! Please do not lose the wonderful lady who is always so kind to me & my daughter. She is the epitome of the best. We were there after school today, so i think it was some time between 2:30-3:30. My daughter is 10, and she sees and hears people being mean often, but she even said, "I love that lady. She's so nice." That speaks volumes. Keep up the excellent customer service & please do not make the wrap disappear on me. Thank you so much!“

“You can probably get a good burrito/bowl from other places as well; but what sets this place apart from everywhere else is the customer service! On Monday, I went in and for the first time and the 3 people working the counter (guessing college aged) were all phenomenal! In particular; Michael was exceptionally great. Something as simple as asking “how is your day going so far” with a smile and “yes sir” went a long way for me. In a world where customer service is hard to find and not even expected anymore; this was a nice change. I could go anywhere but I’ll definitely be returning here. A new Favorite in Panama City for sure!“

“This is absolutely one of the best,if not the best,Hardees' that myself & my family have EVER ate at!!The atmosphere makes you happy & comfortable.The staff are inviting,making you feel like family or a long lost friend.The setting area was clean & smelled like Cinnabons lol..The food was fresh & hot,the coffee was fresh,not bitter.The cost was reasonable & they do offer a Military discount!! Our experience was great.Started our morning off on the right foot.I highly recommend anyone eating here! We have ate here multiple times,same scenario..Awesome experience!“

“I was there when this person who claims she had to wait for 15 minutes to get her food cause the employee was blocking the other kiosk 4 weeks ago which was not the case the customer the employee was helping needed things added so it did take longer however the other kiosk in her photo CLEARLY shows it was not blocked at all. This individual was already being very difficult towards the employees and got angry because she couldn't use the counter to order when they have told her numerous times they aren't supposed to be using the counter at all and are required to use the kiosks for customer assistance. It is a new policy. This person is and was rude the entire time because she did not want to stand next to the other customer. But after dealing with this negative individual everything went smoothly and the staff were very helpful . I believe her name was angel. Way to go for keeping your cool dealing with that impossible customer. Here is the attached review that is completely false.“

“Favorite TB. Always parking lot kitties :). Food is always made right and quickly. Staff are always nice and friendly. Been here at least 100 times and I've never had a bad experience. I ended up with the wrong mobile order on accident, my fault I was distracting them, one time and they remade my original order no issues when I went back up there. (I can't stand tomatoes and the other order was super tomato heavy or I probably wouldn't have even cared)“

“The lady on the counter on Thursday night was nice. Every time I come in the last few times she knows my name and knows what I order. You can tell that she not from the area. It’s nice to see the store look cleaner also when I come in. Someone should give her a raise. Thank you Beth“

“Went through drive thru at Captain D's on 23rd st. In the evening, ordered (3) 2 piece fish dinners (2) with okra and slaw, (1) with green beans and slaw, then (1) 4 piece fish dinner with corn and slaw. We asked for an additional side of okra (not in the bag) it was on the receipt. Tried to call the phone number 3 times, no answer. Was not about to drive back. We were exaused from traveling. Otherwise fast service, customer service was great. Just need to answer your phones. We are on vacation, drove all the way from manawa, wisconsin. Maybe they will be nice enough and get us a free desert. We will see.“

“The food was really good. We asked for extra seasoning on the bread sticks and for them to be well done and they were perfect! The only drawback was our meal was $30 and all we ordered was a large supreme pizza and large order of bread sticks. There was a special, i saw after I ordered, 1 large 3 topping pizza for $10! It would have been nice for the employee to inform me of the special considering the price difference. But I guess they want to make money lol...“
