You can probably get a good burrito/bowl from other places as well; but what sets this place apart from everywhere else is the customer service! On Monday, I went in and for the first time and the 3 people working the counter (guessing college aged) were all phenomenal! In particular; Michael was exceptionally great. I've been a fan of the menu, ingredients, portion sizes, and prices for awhile.
But my experience today is why I will recommend this to anyone. I am literally writing this as I am sitting here letting my food get cold.
a disabled man with an electric wheelchair needed to be near an electrical outlet. Two of your employees helped him by finding a table, carrying his food, moving chairs... all with kindness and respect. Well done.
