Based on the reviews, this Hardee’s location offers a mix of experiences. The atmosphere is happy and comfortable, and the setting area is clean and smells like Cinnabons. The staff are inviting, making customers feel like family, and the management is doing a great clean job. The food is fresh and hot, with great biscuits and a piping hot gravy biscuit. The cost is reasonable, and a Military discount is offered. For breakfast, the Hardee's breakfast are best. However, some customers experienced slow service, with a long wait to place an order in the drive-up. One reviewer noted the staff member was sweet but needs additional training, and the manager needs to do extensive training to improve customer satisfaction. Despite this, many had an awesome experience, with one reviewer calling it one of the best Hardee's they have ever ate at, and another praising a lady at the front counter for being amazingly pleasant with a gracious smile.
