“I tried one of the new garlic toast melts at the Burger King in robertsdale today and it was amazing! Not only was my burger really good but this location still has cheesy tots as well!! I absolutely love cheesy tots and was do excited to find out this location had them when all others didn't. Not only was my food delicious, but my service was great as well! Just wanted to give a shoot out to the Robertsdale Burger King and thank them for such an amazing job!“
“Just what you'd expect from a Wendy's. The food was good enough. Looks like any other Wendy's I've been to, but the place was clean and in good condition. Service was really good. Finally, a smiling, happy, real person taking my order instead of a kiosk!! Not sure, but the girl may have been a chick filet transplant.“
“The service was been spotty in my time. Sometimes I get my fairly minimal amount of food as soon as I check into a stall, but I did have to wait for a single shake for nearly 15 minutes. Maybe being a food service employee myself, I'm more forgiving of those shortcomings, but just be aware.Besides that, the quality of the food has never varied for me, and the wait isn't consistently inconvenient. Loved this place since I was much younger and my mother was working here when they still made workers wear roller skates“
“It's very important I feel to greet the customers with a smile. I was very satisfied with not only the presentation that the person who took our order tonight was not only Pleasant, but also asked if we needed anything else even as we approached the window to make sure that we had what we needed and our satisfaction was guaranteed. Now while most of the time you'll get customer service from someone who behaves in a sort of nonchalange way, and as though they do not want to be there, I'm happy to report that even just one person who took my order, gave me the customer service that I was looking for and needed. It leaves me with this feeling of wanting to come back.“
“Great mom and pop cafe. Very, very good Cajun food. The wait staff is very good at what they do, they are good with small talk and same to be smiling ever time you look their way. The owner/head cook is often seen walking from table to table talking-to his customer about his part of LA that he grew up in.“
“We're from Atlanta and visiting our dad in Alabama and he took us to this great little country restaurant. Food was great! Great service. Highly recommend it and make sure to check out the possum in the cage on your way out... Loved it“
“My wife and I had dinner here tonight and had a great meal. My wife chose the Double Combo Basket containing catfish and shrimp while I had their Shrimp-Oyster Basket. Both of our meals were perfectly cooked. We highly recommend eating here.“
“Bill E’s is my wife and my go-to bar/restaurant for a great selection of beers on tap, sports on tv and burgers. Tonight I went a different direction and ordered the pulled pork platter. I was utterly disappointed in the quality of my meal. The pulled pork was mush, and the sides came in little plastic cups. I was not even remotely full when I was done eating. The atmosphere is great, the beer selection is great…but I will stick to their awesome burgers and bacon from now on! If I want something different, I’ll go elsewhere.“
