“So I was on my way home and decided to stop for a quick beer. It was late, around 12:15am Saturday night (last night)
I just read the reviews on this place, and I wanted to give my HONEST opinion to people who have never been here before.

1st.. This was the first time I've ever been in this bar, so I absolutely knew no one as I live in Fairhope and hardly ever go to Robertsdale, much less bars. As I said, it was a spur of the moment thing. I walked in, and the place had a pretty good crowd. I went to the bar, ordered my beer, and found a seat at a table by myself. They had karaoke going on, and to be honest, whoever was singing royally sucked!!! But it is karaoke and not America's got talent. However, the next person was pretty good. If you're into karaoke, then check it out. The sound system they use is actually really, really good. The short little lady running the show was perfect as far as setting the mic level and adjusting the music.

2nd.. As for the people in there. Obviously, if you're new, walking into a neighborhood bar, people aren't just going to run up to you and ask you how you're doing. So hence why I found my own table by myself. I watched the crowd for a few, and most people in there seemed to regulars. Most hanging out in the pool room. The back room where the bar is had a group of Mexicans sitting at a table, but they were minding their own business. All in all it people were into their own thing. No one walked up to me and introduced themselves, but I also didn't start a conversation with anyone myself. Also, it's a mixed crowd as far as ages.

3rd... As for food.. I didn't eat anything, so I can't give you my opinion on that.

In closing... The stock tank seems to be a pretty good neighborhood bar. I wouldn't call it a dive bar, but it's definitely not a nightclub. Maybe more of a pool hall with beer and karaoke.
There was no drama in there, but not to say that it couldn't happen. So, in general, people keep their their own group. If you decide to go several times, I'm sure eventually you'll get to know people. I do plan to go back as I did enjoy myself.
The beer prices were decent, and they did have a nice selection. The bar staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait too long to get my beer. There were other people in front of me, but the bartender kept them moving.
All in all.. if you want to give this place a try, you'll probably have a good time. I know i did, and I plan on giving it another shot.”

“Very good lunch menu. Spent less than $20.00 on whole meal for one. Atmosphere was fantastic. Beautiful chandeliers of blown glass. And they used a combination of driftwood with red flowers to accompany the driftwood. The tables were make of wood planks with epoxy tops. The chairs were with Beautiful fabric. Great place for a wonderful night out. High quality Atmosphere. Great for a wedding reception, girls night out, a romantic dinner or even to treat yourself. A hidden gem. There's a problem with a horrible dilapidated building in front of it. It sits back from the road behind Wendy's and the old abandoned building. Must see before everyone discovers what a great place to go. There's plenty of seating and wait staff are very friendly. A must to discover yourself. Even the hall and bathroom were well done. Not going to show dining room. It's a surprise.”

“Wow! For Robertsdale, I was not expecting this. This buffet was AMAZING! They had a great selection and kept everything fresh and restocked. The chicken and broccoli was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was quick and kept our drinks filled. I highly recommend visiting this buffet!”

“I have been going through a difficult divorce process. I was given visitation through the Family Center for several months. It was a great experience. The facility is nice and the staff have been great. They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure to take plenty of pictures during my visits. They also offer a parenting class that was enjoyable and helpful. If you are having to go through a divorce or custody case, these folks are very understanding and offer assistance in any way they can.”

“The building is under construction as of writing this on the exterior. But the food here is fantastic. The waitress was a sweetheart, the iced tea was fantastic. Great place to grab a REAL bite to eat for truckers as truck stops with a traditional diner are a dying breed.

My price paid is skewed because I ordered their steak but their prices average around 20ish$”
