Stopped in on way down to Gulf Shores. Great food, home cooked, welcoming owner and staff. The owner took the time from his day to make sure we had choices one the buffet, had everything we needed, and talked us for coming. Wonderful place and would recommend.

I have eaten there before and the food is constantly good. They have good variety with some items there daily and some change. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Good southern comfort food.

Love this place! Have been going since I was a kid, and it is one of the best places to eat! The food is excellent! Jessica and Rachel are amazing and really are like family. Dan and Victoria (owners) put pride in their business! Love the memories we make! Thank you, Mama Lou's!
