My grilled chicken sandwich was a flavor explosion – perfectly cooked and packed with delicious ingredients. It was clear that they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to detail.
My son, a self-proclaimed oyster connoisseur, declared the char-grilled oysters at Bucky's the best he's ever had! That's a serious compliment, and it speaks volumes about the quality and preparation.
But the food is only part of the experience. The view from Bucky's is absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking the hotel grounds and the bay, it's a truly spectacular setting. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning scenery.
If you're staying at the Grand Hotel, or even if you're just in the area, Bucky's Lounge is a must-visit. The delicious food, exceptional oysters, and incredible views make it a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it!”

“We had a nice, romantic supper here last night. The food was phenomenal. We dined al fresco and the music was nice, and not too loud. We ordered Isle Dauphine oysters that were fantastic, as always. Our entrees consisted of the fresh catch dish, and a shrimp tagliatelle. Took home crème brûlée to-go and it tasted like perfection and was somehow still presented beautifully in the container. The only complaint I have is the mushroom “soup” was eaten with a fork—it was more like a hummus. But the flavor was on point! Thanks for a great evening.”

“A nice brewery in suburban Alabama, I stopped on my way to Orange Beach. I arrived early on a Friday so it wasn't busy. I grabbed a seat at the bar and had several half pours while I read a little. I stuck to my usual pattern of ales and ipas. The fairhope was fairly dry, a nice departure from all the juicy/haziness I usually drink. The two IPAs I had were ok, I liked the blood orange slightly more, but neither blew me away. It's family and dog friendly, so it probably gets loud when busy. There is some outdoor seating if it isn't too hot.”

Excellent selections and the prices were very reasonable. If you are in or near Fairhope you must stop in. We drooled over the baked good case but did not cave.”

As I come around to get my drink I see what appears to be a manager hunched over on a table just sitting on her phone while this poor girl works her butt off slicing Mets dressing sandwich’s and checking out every customers. Who ever or owns this place needs to look into there management the girl had phone in one hand and the other hand in her mouth very off putting for a company that has to use their hands to make whats going in your mouth and body.”

“Now as I write this review I should tell you, I am typically not a coffee drinker. I don’t drink coffee really at all— unless it’s from The Coffee Loft. I pop in multiple times a week and every time I go, the staff is super friendly and even on their busiest days, you won’t be waiting long for your order. Their menu is very detailed and they offer a very wide range of options to choose from, including beverages without coffee, which is great for kids and people who don’t drink it! Their food and beverage prices are incredibly fair, about as much as you’d pay for your Starbucks or Dunkin’ and personally, I like the coffee this local shop uses over the previous two! If you haven’t tried this place yet and you’re local or even traveling through, make it a point to come here!! You won’t regret it!”

“I’ve been going to the Waffle House off US-98 in FH, AL for over 15 years. It’s had both ups and downs as any restaurant will but I can say this for a fact, this Waffle House treats me like family. I can’t even get through the door without my food already being made and my drink is already waiting on me. I can’t say this about any other location or competitor. I’ve always felt welcome, like a home away from home. I’ll be going back no matter what time of year or where I relocate to, this is more than just Waffle House, it’s a Waffle Home.”

I live in Pensacola so I asked if my mom could pick it up for me. The manager, Willie, said he lives in Pensacola and offered to bring it to me. And he did!
