We love this little Sushi place in Fairhope AL. We’d give this 5-stars if they were more consistent. It really seems to depend on who is making the Sushi. However, it’s the best when in the area of Fairhope!
Baldwin's best sushi. I have traveled a great deal in the lower 48 and eaten at many sushi restaurants. This by far is the best and the standard to which all others are compared . The joy is it is in my back yard.

It's a small place but very welcoming. They stay busy, fast, and always offer really great quality rolls. It's super easy to get a quick to-go order as service gets to you quickly and they are right there when you walk through the door. The menu isn't innovative as far as interesting food choices go, you can get anything you want as far as a sushi restaurant goes. And they have warm sake!
