It's a small place but very welcoming. They stay busy, fast, and always offer really great quality rolls. It's super easy to get a quick to-go order as service gets to you quickly and they are right there when you walk through the door. The menu isn't innovative as far as interesting food choices go, you can get anything you want as far as a sushi restaurant goes. And they have warm sake!

Baldwin's best sushi. I have traveled a great deal in the lower 48 and eaten at many sushi restaurants. This by far is the best and the standard to which all others are compared . The joy is it is in my back yard.

We enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. it is an Asian/Sushi restaurant with the feel of a local pub. Our waitress was very sweet and efficient and the prices were completely reasonable and fair. Part of our meal was good (dumplings and tempura shrimp). Our mistake was ordering from their huge list of specialty sushi rolls, most of which are smothered in some kind of shredded (cheddar?) cheese. We ordered the Russian Roll and it was inedible. The presentation was shocking. It reminded me of a coagulated blob of chili cheese fries that was put under the broiler to melt the shredded cheese. I've never seen that before and hope to never see that again.
Easy, delicious, generous servings, affordable. Interesting rolls and classic preparations. Good serving temperature. Loved it
