I have been dealing with lingering effects from having Covid two months ago and was still battling fatigue. I went in and was advised to try Hawthorn, Serrapeptase and some potassium rich dried fruits. By the second day I had noticed a huge improvement in my energy level and overall felt much better than I had in weeks. I'm actually starting to feel like myself again. I'm so very grateful for their help. I'm a local and I will definitely be back.
This establishment was a breath of fresh air. They have a wide variety of products and they are fairly priced. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and found every thing I was looking for. Chiefly so was Kerri. I will certainly return.

Great place for supplements! Fresh food selection is small but found some excellent micro greens and sunflower sprouts. Their organic hummus is out of this world! Great variety of kombucha and frozen foods. Owner is so kind and helpful! Highly recommend.
