The American Legion Restaurant in Fairhope offers a casual atmosphere with friendly people and great food at a fair price. It has an outdoor tiki bar with a pier on the bay, making it a great place to watch the sunset. The restaurant is known as the best kept secret in Fairhope, with awesome food, excellent prices, and great service. Guests enjoy the Prime Rib Wednesday, burgers, bone in pork chop, veggies, gumbo, and fried oysters. The view is nice with open windows over the bay. Some visitors were Veterans, some not, but everyone should come experience it. It is a must-have stop in Fairhope.
