Pulled pork sandwich and fries. Doesn't get more basic than that but they literally had so many things that looked good on the menu I just went with a tried and true. Pulled pork was excellent. Good flavor, not overly cooked. Sauce was mid but tasty.
Fries were excellent. Crispy outside with squishy interior.
Banana pudding was the only let down. I liked the fact they had the vanilla wafers on top and crunchy but the pudding itself tastes like someone just opened a box....read full review

Ok, I got the Dixie Chick (grilled chicken) as a wrap at the suggestion of our server Hannah. It was FANTASTIC! Such a yummy combination of flavors. The vibe was cool, we were there for lunch on a Tuesday and no wait. We sat at the outside covered area and the weather was perfect. Love the rural Deep South atmosphere. I could eat here every day!!

Based on the reviews, BILL-E's is a casual and rustic restaurant with a rural Deep South atmosphere and a fish camp kind of feel. The vibe is cool and chill, with vintage decor and live music some nights. The food includes fantastic options like the Dixie Chick (grilled chicken) wrap, great burgers, Wagyu burgers with in house made bacon, chili dogs, and mac and cheese bites. The in-house smoked bacon is amazing and delicious. They also have great salads and a full bar. The service is friendly, attentive, and five stars. There is outdoor seating, lots of parking, and it is pet friendly. Some noted the cleanliness could be better, but it did not ruin the time. BILL-E's is located in Fairhope, AL.
