We had a nice, romantic supper here last night. The food was phenomenal. We dined al fresco and the music was nice, and not too loud. We ordered Isle Dauphine oysters that were fantastic, as always. Our entrees consisted of the fresh catch dish, and a shrimp tagliatelle. Took home crème brûlée to-go and it tasted like perfection and was somehow still presented beautifully in the container. My husband and I celebrated our two years there. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The food and drinks were excellent!
As tourists just wandering our way through looking for a decent breakfast, we let Google decide where we were going. It led us to Nova Espresso in The Barn, and I'm glad it did. The food was excellent, the coffee should probably be labeled as a mood-altering drug, and all of the staff were somehow genuinely friendly and helpful despite it being before noon (maybe it's just me that's mostly subhuman before then, idk).
