“A homey atmosphere with top tier service. We went a couple times this week and were very happy with our meals.Smoked chicken is pretty dry though, probably avoid that, the sauce only helps so much. Other than that I would just say prices might be a tad high for what you get, but nothing obscene.“
“Hubs is a truck driver and we've eaten at a LOT of waffle houses. This one by far is the best! It's cleaner than most the staff is super friendly and helpful and the food tastes "fresher". Probably because the grill is cleaner. ? But I highly recommend.“

“We finally gave them a try. Really good food. The service was a bit slow but we thought it was because they cooked the food fresh and that takes time. We felt it was worth the wait. The price was in line with everyone else. There were 2 of us and it was barely over $40 not including tax. The place is clean as a pin and it was a very nice experience overall.“

“First time being there. We heard it was a popular place and sure enough going in at noon was a mistake. Lined up for the buffet. Food was good but wife had a problem with the dumplings being peppered too much. We had to sit with three other people at a table but we are not adverse to meeting those of like mindedness. One of the things you will need to decide on whether it offends you or not is their asking those who are not eating to leave due to limited space. We don't like to be rushed at meal time so we just kept eating until the place started to clear. But be prepared to be asked to leave if finished during rush hour, etc. I guess we will try it again in the future. Not as Southern as we would like it but will do.“

I was impressed when one of the Co-operators, Michelle, came around to be sure our meal and service was good. “Megan was our cook and it was definitely the best that I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. There were five of us there and everyone was very happy with their meal. Rachel was our server and was super sweet the entire time. I don’t go to Waffle House very often, but we had the best experience there tonight. We will definitely go back.“

The wife and I, typically sit at the bar, even though she does not drink, as we enjoy the comradery and conversations with fellow patrons and staff.Food - always good, and reasonably priced! I always feel I am getting what I paid for. Wonderful drink specials throughout the week.Service - Never a bad experience. Bartender(s) are always engaging, accurate and overall fun.Atmosphere - except as mentioned below, it is good! I get the whole, hometown bar vibe, with an add on restaurant.A couple of the times we have gone, there have been older kids playing in the bar area. I mean playing tag, shadow-boxing, etc., resulting in it being a little less enjoyable than normal.I want to be clear, the kids were not AT THE BAR, but at the tables next to the bar, not over in the "restaurant side" of the establishment.I feel for the staff, as I am sure their hands are completely tied in such a scenario.Despite that, we live close by, and should really stop in more often.“

Fodd was delicious Staff was Amazing they brought out a huge delicious brownie with vanilla ice cream and two spoons for his birthday dessert. So thoughtful and kind. We will return for lunch again.“
