“The food was really good. Service was so-so. She only had 1 table, and that was ours. She was very distracted by the bar that filled up with several teenagers. She meant well, they were very loud. We couldn't hear her well, and she couldn't hear us standing next to the table. That loud. We had a nice time and the food was good and hot. Thanks!“

“I ate there for the first time today, after delivering multiple doordashes from there and drooling over the menu. I got the pork ribs and brisket plate, with campfire beans and coleslaw. My mom got the brisket plate with white mac and cheese, and onions rings. EVERYTHING was phenomenal. I particularly loved that the BBQ sauce on the ribs wasn't crazy sweet. And nothing was over-salted. I actually added a smidge-bit of salt to the brisket. Which is great, in my opinion. I'd rather have to add a little, than have it be ruined by too much salt. The crust on the brisket was tasty. All of the meat was fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I would definitely recommend their house-made Alabama White Sauce. Its not sweet, and it has a kick. Love it! I will definitely be retuning very soon!“

“Best meal I’ve ever had in Baldwin County, and I have lived here almost my whole life. Very much worth the higher prices. The server Jarred was great. I never leave reviews but I highly support this place and wish we had more restaurants like this with real thoughtful meals and less chain places with microwaved food.“

“Every aspect was excellent. Our server, Katelyn, was superb, professional, friendly and timely. Our food and beverages were served quickly and correctly. The two side salads were perfect. Our full rack of ribs, onion rings and mac & cheese casserole were delicious. We are returning soon! God bless Briquettes, the staff and God bless America!“

“Our overall experience was very good. It started with great service and food. The traditional nachos were huge and delicious. With a party of five, our food was hot and brought out to us in a timely manner. I look forward to another great experience when I return to the area.“

“Well I'd have to say that is the best fried chicken and catfish I've had. I'm not a fan of chicken breast do to being dry well it's not dry and very juicy $15 total cash not sure about credit cards and all drinks are included not just tea.“
