“We have been multiple times eating inside and going through the Drive Thru. They’re always so friendly and there are plenty of people working. When someone isn’t ordering they are picking up baskets, wiping down the doors and napkin dispensers. Very Clean and affordable! I love the fries.“

“I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“I had a great experience at the Culver's in Foley! I wanted their strawberry fields salad for lunch, but when I went to the drive through, a huge power outage in the area temporarily closed the restaurant. The manager came to my car to tell me this; I jokingly said I don't get my favorite salad today, I guess. The manager offered to make the salad without chicken, which was fine with me, and at no charge. This was such a nice gesture and was truly appreciated! I hope Culver's sees my review and appreciates the great customer service by this young man.“

“4/6/26. Stopped for B&G and left even more impressed. Initial greeting from the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh!!! The biscuits aren't made in a factory!! What I noticed most was the incredible cleanliness of the entire restaurant!!! The bottoms of the tables are clean too as the wall edging. The staff here sure puts in the extra effort to keep this place looking great.“

“Passed this place while shopping in tanger. I was immediately entranced by the amazing scent of the cinnamon. Went in and me and my family got some cinnamon pretzels, some pizza pretzels, and some icees. All of our food was delicious and a 10/10! We all agree that this place is better than Auntie Anne’s! “Giving a shout out to Brody. We made a late night run last night to get blizzards. We waited in the line to order for about 10 minutes although we were the only car sitting out there. We were then asked to pull up to the front and waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask about two blizards we had ordered. We noticed Brody running back and forth and trying to help several people who had issues with their orders. He asked if he could help us and we told him we ordered two blizzards and have been waiting 20 minutes and just wanted to see if they were ready. He checked on them and discovered they had not even been made. There were also several other blizzards in the bucket that were melting that were other people's that had not been delivered. He seemed a little overwhelmed but was very professional, polite and apologetic. We definitely understand that things happen, businesses can be short-staffed, orders can get overlooked or mixed up. It's easy to get frustrated and be impatient, but thought that it was worth acknowledging this person who was doing his best. We noticed about six other employees including an assistant manager. Brody just stood out to us as going above and we hope that his work ethic is recognized.“

“Ordered box lunches for delivery on Sunday morning at 10:30am. Mason, store manager contacted me around 9:15am to confirm they were working on the sandwiches and he personally delivered them right on time with all 33 boxes having exactly what was ordered for each. Great communication and my sandwich was exactly the way I like it. This store and staff gets an A++++ in our book. Thanks again for making it so easy to make everyone on the bus trip happy with our meal choice.“

“Currently 6 months pregnant and have had such a severe craving for a meatball marinara so I came to get one Anthony was super sweet and helpful had a good vibe and made this subway feel like home and don’t get me started on the sub itself this is the best sub I’ve ever had in my life and that says a lot considering I’ve gone to multiple subways my whole life it was super warm with the perfect amount of ingredients also he washed his hands before preparing and after preparing the subs so no worry of cross contamination or excessive germs store was excellent as far as cleanliness 10/10 best experience“
