“Went in with my wife this Saturday evening. Cleanliness and hustle of employees blew me away. Lakesha was the mgr in charge. She was very vocal on comunication with staff and it all showed her performance with our final product. Have had numerous bad experiences at this location and stopped coming. Gave it a shot and got amazed with the experience. Hats off to the team because its obvious that management changes have happened for the best. I was truly impressed with the breakfast managers and staff! They did an excellent job handling the busy drive-thru. When I pulled up, there were about 10 cars arriving at the same time, and the line still moved incredibly fast. By the time each car reached the window, the food was already ready! I haven’t seen a fast food restaurant in Mobile operate this efficiently—they’re honestly faster than Chick-fil-A. Great job to the managers and team running this store—keep up the amazing work! 👏“

I was in this exceptional restaurant again today and everything was even better than before. I dined in and forgot a package on the counter when I ordered. After I sat down, the extremely friendly and helpful Lady, that took my order, brought my package over to me. Not only are the Burgers and fries GREAT, the people that work there ARE EVEN BETTER.

“Came in here for a quick bite during lunch and it was actually better than I expected. The food came out pretty fast, which is always a plus when you’re in a hurry. Fries were hot and crispy, burger was decent, nothing fancy but it did the job. Place was a bit busy but the staff kept things moving. Tables could’ve been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t a big deal. Prices felt fair for what you get. Overall it’s a solid spot if you just want something quick and filling without overthinking it.“

“Today was a great experience at Taco Bell. That may sound crazy given the demise of fast food in general, but they did a fine job on all levels. Tables were clean, soda area was tidy and the wife said the restroom was in good shape as well. The food was good and came out in a reasonable time. Hopefully they can be a start to the return of the fast food days. McDonald’s could learn a lot here. To top it off, the manager came through to ask if everything came out ok.“

“I go to this location almost every day. They know me by name. They treat me with such great respect and are so nice and friendly. And most important, the food is absolutely amazing. I love all of the food but I have never had grits like theirs, and the lemon dry rub wings are the absolute best. Most wings place over season their lemon pepper wings, but this location nails it every time. I can't say enough about my experience; I have been a customer for the last 4 years.“
