Now it appears they're slipping in on the deep south. Although the one I've been visiting is here in Mobile, Alabama...Semmes to be exact. Plus I read that they're about open another one in...Loxley, Alabama. I'm actually just visiting here in Mobile, but I live in DFW area in Texas. Everyone in Texas knows that, Buc-ees is king. Hmmm, maybe Wawa might have something to say about that. ; ) Wawa is definitely a one stop shop pretty much like Buc-ees minus the noticeable size difference. Plus Buc-ees do accommodate truckers in every way. Nevertheless, Wawa is definitely worth a visit and their gas prices aren't bad either.“

“I went to the Subway in the festival center on Airport Blvd. The service is always great. The employees are always friendly and they are the fastest I've ever seen! My food is always great. I pass SEVERAL other Subways to go to this specific location. I was talking to someone in line and he said he lives across the bay but he comes to this one several times a week. After visiting this establishment, I can see why. 5 Stars to this one! Props to the managers and employees for being so great!

Dietary restrictions: They're very informative about nutritional questions but on the off chance that they don't know the answer to a dietary question, they have an updated nutritional chart by their register.

Kid-friendliness: My kids, nieces and nephews love it here! The staff talks to them and makes them feel important and they seem to care about what they want and their choices.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables that are wheelchair accessible and their restrooms are also wheelchair accessible. I saw an employee stop what she was doing to hold the door for someone in a wheelchair that was coming into the restaurant. They're very helpful.“

“I visited the Subway inside today, and I hope the manager has a chance to see this review.

There was a young man working by himself while helping several customers at once, and he was doing an outstanding job. He handled the line efficiently, prioritized customers in order, and multitasked with impressive professionalism.

During my visit, he was confronted by a very rude customer who made unreasonable demands and was clearly trying to provoke him. Despite the situation, he remained calm, polite, and professional throughout the entire interaction, while continuing to provide excellent service to the rest of us.

I was so impressed by the way he handled the situation that I began recording the interaction after it became obvious the customer was intentionally giving him a hard time.

I want to commend this employee for his exceptional composure, professionalism, and customer service under pressure. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to your store, and he deserves recognition for the way he represented your business today.“
