As someone that works in customer service, I was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and care for me. As a customer! I received exceptional service from the team and my food was out in incredible time and fashion! Such job well done and massive kudos to the store and their team culture.“

“We visited to celebrate my nephews honors day. The staff greeted us upon entering and promptly took our orders. We received our food freshly made. The food was delicious as always. The cajun fries are unbeatable. The regular size fries is a portion large enough for 2-3 people. The dining room and restrooms are always clean too. If you want a burger with a variety of toppings, check them out. Make sure you grab an order of cajun fries as well.“

Right away, I was greeted after pulling up to the drive-through and met with friendly service, attention to detail, and care. At the window, I was quickly greeted again by a friendly face. Our food (a couple of large meals!) was brought out fresh and fast, and it genuinely felt like the employees cared.

This one experience completely changed the way I feel about Popeyes, and I will gladly drive a little further to revisit this one next time!

From the moment we walked in, Allen, Austin, Londan, and Warren (the Shift Leader) welcomed us with such friendly attitudes and excellent customer service. They were all very polite, respectful, and made us feel truly appreciated as customers. The restaurant was also extremely clean and well organized, which made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and cares about providing a great experience for everyone who comes in. “I'm not in the habit of leaving five star reviews for well known national chains: I would rather the next 1000+ views I give Google is so it can talk about a place that's locally owned and operated, or highly unique and valuable to its human ecosystems.

However, this location's general manager apologized for not serving lunch during breakfast hours, which wasn't required, and also fired up the lunch prep a little early to get my burger made. When it arrived it looked like one from the ads.

All of that seemed higher than 3 1/2 stars.

Made a routine highway stop a little easier for a stranger. That's enough for a Saturday morning.
