I was so pleased with the food and service I received at Arby’s in Daphne, AL. An item was accidentally left out of my large order, and when I went to pick it up, the young man who waited on me was so good and apologized for the error and inconvenience it caused me. Lisa had taken care of it when I called about it. That service ethic is absent at some fast food restaurants, and I appreciated the service I got.
Noticed they only had bad reviews so thought I should give them a good one. Ordered through the app. Ready in 5 minutes. Lady at the counter was super nice & had me in and out very quickly. Sandwiches were delicious. Arbys the goat.

If I'm being honest, I gave them 4 starts for the food because they don't have potato cakes anymore - I loved those things. But they run specials and the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches was a great deal. I walked in for a take out and they got me in and out quickly. BTW - the sandwiches were great. Horsey Sauce rocks! Cherry turnovers have been great for years.Parking: Be careful trying to exit the parking lot - tough spot to get in and out of depending on the time of day.
