I wanted to try their new burger. I believe it's called the waygu burger. Anyway I asked if it was cooked to order. The young lady assured me it was. When I got home with it it was terrible. It had been refried and steamed so long the cheese was liquid and the bread chewy. The meat had dime sized chunks of grizle in it. Terrible experience for me.

I really enjoy an Arby's Classic Roast Beef, but this time it was a big disappointment. I decided to go through the drive-thru and get one to go. The sandwich looked like it had been placed in a press. The temperature of the sandwich was almost cool, not the hot sandwich it usually is. In addition the roast beef was dry. The Arby's and Horsey sauce helped with that a little. Maybe next time it will be better.
