Long wait times and the staff aren't motivated to get a move on just a experience I can go without
Went through the drive thru, ordered a large fry and wanted a vanilla milkshake, but of course the ice cream machine was broken. I got my large fry and it was hot, fresh, and delicious! The wait was a little long.

McDonald's serves hot food, but lately, customers have experienced long wait times. While customer service has been a letdown, some staff members have been friendly and polite, providing a pleasant experience. The crew can get a large order together quickly. However, there have been issues with the mobile app and the drive thru options not working for curbside pickup. A cashier was very rude and made a customer wait for ten minutes.
