“I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“We’re currently on a wing tour, and Wingstop was a great stop. The wings were the largest we’ve had so far, cooked perfectly, and paired well with their flavorful mild sauce. The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and the fresh celery plus good ranch and blue cheese completed the meal nicely.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept the dining area clean. My only minor complaint is that extra napkins at the tables would be helpful since wings can get messy. Overall, a great experience with good food and great service.“

It was Saturday I was probably the last order of the night My pizza's were less than impressive ...
When you plug down 60 bucks man and you want to grub you don't want undercooked pies and you know you want Pizza Hut....
But I call the place first thing in the morning man and ask the guy if he'll make it right....
And they do
I'm looking to get nobody in trouble I'm not trying to be a jerk I don't want to have no power over anybody....

I was having a bad day with fedex delivering an expensive item to God knows where and then Papa johns sent me home with 1 pizza out of 2 that was wrong. (The one in this pic was supposed to be with original sauce not alfredo, and have regular pepperoni) Yes I could've/should've checked before I left but I didnt; So I was having a slightly bad day. But again thank you Amanda for making things right and for your amazing customer service! I still will continue to order here. I like the staff and the pizza's good. This was in our first time visiting this time we had takeout due to our schedules. While waiting I noticed the atmosphere was quiet and more importantly it was very clean, this llocation I will revisit again.“
