“My granddaughter and I recently dined at Chuck’s Fish to celebrate her graduation. The food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. We had kimchi Brussels, uptown shrimp, and a delicious sushi roll. Then we really did it up big with the white chocolate bread pudding. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t say enough about how delicious the meal was. One of the owners came to our table and checked on us to make sure we were being taken care of, which we were. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!“

“We had the crawfish and they were good but my favorite part was the hospitality and entertainment. When we walked in we were given samples of chicken and dumplings then while we were eating he noticed we didn’t have anything to drink so he handed us 3 waters and also brought bread out to my SIL to go with her dumplings. Very friendly southern and homey Cajun atmosphere. Not sure if I’ve ever experienced dining like this before but I dig it- also never leave reviews but felt like this place needed one!“

“It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.“

“The food was amazing and for seafood it was affordable. We spent $96 and got 4 full plates of shrimp, corn, potaotes, egg and a 9x13 container of crawfish, corn, potatoes, egg, and we got a bunch of fried oysters. There was soooo much good and it was delicious.“

Atmosphere was great. We arrived at 6:15 and was seated immediately. We got the first round of drinks quickly and ended up ordering an appetizer. It was delicious. Then, we waited and waited and waited some more and ordered more drinks and waited some more. Our waitress apologized. Apparently, the kitchen was backed up. Odd thing was the table beside us sat at least 20 min after us and received their entrees before us. They even ate and were leaving by the time we got our entrees. The food would have been great. I can tell it would have but my girlfriend's plate died. Steak was dry and sauce had a film over it. Grits had dried out. Had it all been fresh, I'm sure it would have been great. Service from the waitress was great but the kitchen failed us on this one.“

“I’ve lived in mobile for 23 years, and up until about 2 years ago, I drove past this place everyday without ever even knowing what it was, stopped in one day and it was absolutely packed out on the inside, so automatically that’s a good sign to me, if you got this many people up in your spot at 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon when lunchtime has already kinda died down, you know you’re about to have some absolutely killer food. They have literally anything you could want, seafood, wings, chicken gizzards, you name it, I personally always get that personal platter or the happy tails fries, those are my go to’s, but everything I’ve ever tried off their menu has been absolute gold. Takes a while to get your food sometimes, but they make everything to order, so that’s to be expected, which I don’t mind at all because my food is always fresh and hot by the time it comes out to me. The guys who work there are also always friendly and if you go in there 3-4 times they’ll even start to recognize you. I really can’t recommend this place enough, great food, great service, and you literally cannot beat the price. This place is a 10/10, and I recommend it to all my friends and people I meet around mobile.“
