“There's no denying that this is the "class act" dining destination of Mobile, from the beautiful view 34 stories high to the pianist playing light jazz during our Sunday brunch, no doubt they have alot to offer. Which is why I was so very disappointed to have the waitress reach over me to retrieve the bread basket as I was eating! Literally her armpit was at my nose while I was putting a bite of food into my mouth. So when I asked her if you must she replied in a sparky tone "yes I must" and did it a second time. I had expected them to have had better training than that. Otherwise our experience was perfectly delightful. The food was okay yet a good value for the price, with some creative combinations we enjoyed. When we do go back we'll avoid that light brown haired waitress and hope the others are properly trained and she was just learning.“

“Incredible experience! I would give 6 stars if I could. This restaurant was recommended to us by a family friend and it did not disappoint. 3 course meal- started with the scallops (which were to die for) and a delicious crispy fish/rice, then salads, then panko crusted fish and halibut for our entrees. The donut and popcorn ice cream for dessert were also so unique and delicious! Our server, Mark, was excellent- very attentive and kind, we enjoyed our conversation with him! The atmosphere was great too. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.“

“What an amazing place with so much of Mobiles Irish love! Fun place that has a lot of live music and fun filled events all year around. We had the burgers and Po’boys (blackened) with the artichoke and spinach dip to start (absolutely KILLER). They have indoor and outdoor seating with road side parking. “10/10. I visited the location months ago and was determined to go back. I went on a Sunday, spent less than $20, tipped and everything and it was worth every penny!! I got a baked chicken plate with three sides; mash potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes and collard greens. Everything was so good. I ordered a queen victoria drink, this was supposed to be Absolut Peach vodka, mint, cucumber, agave syrup, ginger ale, orange peel. What i got was something that tasted more like a margarita meets mojito. I was disappointed to have not gotten the drink I ordered. We ordered shrimp scampi (very lemony but tasty) calamari rings and mobtown bao. The portions were generous and everything tasted great. Still just disappointed about my drink so I didn't get a photo of it“

“Can't remember what I had the last time I went here. I know it was good so I had to come back. I wanted hibachi but I hadn't had whitefish hibachi. I order the whitefish hibachi with the teriyaki sauce and it came with soup. When I picked up the order I noticed there weren't any customers in the restaurant. Anyway, I was greeted by the waitress and she gave me my order.The food smelled absolutely delicious on my way back to my house. When I opened the bag I checked out the soup that came with it. I'm not really sure what kind of soup it was it. I know it had tofu and tasted fishy. Not in a bad sort of way though. I wasn't much interested in it. Not because it was bad but I really just was amazed at how the whitefish hibachi looked. Even as a takeout order it looked so appealing. And when I actually tasted it I wasn't disappointed. I mixed in the yum yum sauce over the veggies and the rice and a smidgen on the teriyaki glazed fish. Every bite I tasted was wonderful. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The rice had a nice consistency. The teriyaki sauce on the whitefish is something I never had but surprisingly it works. Plus the fish was cooked to perfection.I really enjoyed my meal. I hope more people get to know about Little Tokyo. This was my second time eating from here and this experience was really enjoyable. I give it 5 stars.“

“It's Pizzaria Delphina, just like the restaurant that was on Dauphin St., moved into a building that is shared by 4 other restaurants. The food is still awesome. “Delish! What a great little spot we found on our first night in town. Fresh gyros, chicken sandwiches, soups and sides. We were told the carbonara orzo side was the best and it truly was. The 2 young guys working were friendly, outgoing and truly a joy to talk with. staff was awesome. We had made tried the sausage they used before and they gave us a sample, as well as the soups and oh my gosh, they were divine. If we had more room or lived locally, we would have taken a quart or two of either one of the soups: today there was a taco soup and a beef noodle one. I highly recommend either one. Everything was fresh, serving sizes were adequate and prices were fair. If you are in the area, check it out; you won't be disappointed.“

Not only did she wrap the pita up seperately to keep it fresh, she put the olive oil and spice in a little container seperately to keep everything as fresh as possible. “My niece and I visits Judy's Place often and the food is great, but on this particular day we ordered the Philly steak sandwich with fries and it wasn't at all what we expected. Fries hard, bread hard and didn't have all the ingredients that goes on a Philly steak sandwich. Very disappointed, but will give them another try.“

“The Chicken fingers at Foosackly’s are very good though they are a little heavy handed with the salt. The fries are good as well but have the same salty issue. Doesn’t often stop me from ordering from there but they could easily lose 10 or 15 percent of the salt and still have a great product.“

“I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I had to do some things at the hospital, so I called in an order afterwards. I live in Lucedale, MS, so it's slim pickings for sushi. This place did not disappoint. I only ordered 1 special roll, the Roll Tide Roll. Absolutely delicious. “Decided I wanted to treat myself to sushi after getting my hair done so came to a place I've never been before to give it a go. I got here initially around 3 but found a sign that said temporary business hours 4-9 -- like so many places they obviously have staffing shortages. Not deterred, I decided to go next door to Jerusalem cafe for a Turkish coffee and app before coming back over just after 4. I was the first customer to arrive so the chef told me to sit where I liked. It's a small restaurant with pleasing aesthetics but nothing too over the top. I like the lotus-ish looking light fixtures above each table. The server came and got my drink order as I looked over the menu. There's lots of offerings, whether starters, cooked dishes or sushi/ sashimi/ maki choices. I decided on an Orange Ball Roll and one of the specials on the white board, a *99 roll. If you get two specialty rolls it comes with a very tasty Clear soup, so I sipped on that as the chef made my rolls. The rolls were both very tasty and fresh, with a good rice to filling/topping ratio, in my opinion. My only gripe is just a picky one, I prefer my rice to be more moist/ vinegary, so that was the only thing lacking in my opinion. I got two more rolls for my friend togo, but haven't heard back yet how they liked them. I wish they had a happy hour special from like 4-6.“

“Then only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it seems every other time I go there there is bits of cloth in the bread. I noticed it once and they offered me another sandwich instead if a refund but I just couldn’t eat it after that. They were polite and explained that the white “hair” all inside the bread and in my tray and chicken were from a white cloth they use to wipe their knife before cutting the bread.I’m sure it’s an honest mistake but whoever they have back there cutting it needs to start rinsing that knife more. Because this has happened multiple times now but I just haven’t said anything to them because I don’t want to be a “Karen” and look like I’m trying to get a free meal. And it’s not just one small piece it’s literally multiple white cloth/string pieces all in the bread and the chicken. That can’t be safe to eat. “This is the hidden diamond of a cafe! Tucked away in the back of Virginia's Health Food, it's about a 10~15 seat restaurant that serves only whole foods. As I browsed the menu, my mouth was watering and I couldn't makeup my mind. I wanted everything at once. I was greeted by a smiling hostess who was so chill. I ordered 2 main dishes to go.
