This place is phenomenal! I am a chef and restaurant owner myself and I was blown away. The simplicity and freshness of the dishes is commendable. Treating fresh local ingredients so well and not over complicating the plate is a rare thing. Most chefs try to show you how "cheffy" they are. Get the Carolina Gold Rice with the Blue Crab. It's the perfect dish. Fresh Crab, the rice is perfection and would make southern food enthusiasts like Sean Brock ask for seconds. We'll done!
