Steak and frites-shared plate was an extra $5. Sadly, served in a bowl. Impossible to cut up with a steak knife that is bigger than the bowl. Where's my plate. The grilled shrimp appetizer was okay. Over seasoned but edible. No dipping sauce such as cocktail or tartar. Nice atmosphere, but loud.
Every trip I make to Mobile, I always look forward to eating here during my stay. The food and all the staff are amazing! Highly recommend!
The food was great, as always, as well as the service. However, the cocktails were not as good. The Old Fashioned had some kind of fruity juice, it was made with a lot of small ice cubes instead of one large cube, and the cherry was a marraschino instead of a dark bourbon-like cherry. My wife ordered the Bienville Bloom and it was very diluted.
We still enjoyed our dinner, but the drinks were definitely lacking.

The Brussel sprouts, chicken with ravioli, and crab cakes with fried green tomatoes were all flawless, and the restaurant is reasonably priced.
