“We dined for lunch at the Schillinger Road, South location and we're totally amazed by the quality of food and service! Our server, Maliga and the manager were so gracious and the most attentive and efficient service we have experienced anywhere in Mobile. The quality of beef in my ala carte order was like a homecooked pot roast...no fat ..no mystery. The tamales are wonderful and have a special sauce. The ground beef in the tacos is the finest quality and seasoned wonderfully. The margarita had only 2 percent alcohol in it, and the glasses for that drink are the wrong kind. But the most important is the impeccable food and service. I could enjoy their "refried" beans because they start with beans and do not add lard to it! The entrance to the restaurant on Schillinger is hard to find at first, but inside is wonderful and authentic The very best Mexican restaurant this side of San Antonio, and they are family-owned.“

“Best Tacos 🌮 across all states, I thought Cali was bomb but these are fire 🔥. Taco price range from $2.99 - $3.99 but you won't regret it. I'm a pretty good size guy and I more than good with just 6 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮
Meat is always tender and well seasoned, then you have a variety of 4 different salsas. Go try them, i was hesitant to share because I don't want to wait for a table 😬“

“I recently ordered from a food delivery app. Aztecas had the food ready quickly, and the driver picked it up, but never brought it to my house. The food delivery service created a new order for me, then canceled it too. But they did not cancel with the restaurant. The Assistant Manager at Aztecas knew all the trouble I was going thru, and personally delivered the order himself. TO MY HOUSE!! I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service. And the food was delicious. I have been going to this restaurant for years and highly recommend it for great food and great service!!“

“I've been eating at this restaurant since it opened, and even before that as a kid when they had the original location on Government. I love this place, and in spite of me not living in Mobile anymore, I make it a point to stop and eat here every time I'm in town visiting family.“

“I was impressed with the service. My order was bagged and ready on time despite a busy dining room. I was also impressed with street corn which I never had before. The chili relano plate not so much due mainly to the cheese the chili was wrapped in (not mentioned in the menu description). I try to avoid chili's smothered in bland cheese or soggy dough.“

“Just had dinner at this restaurant for the first time. Our group had excellent food and great service. I had the Burro Grande and hubs had the California Burrito. We also shared some great cheese dip. All of our group took home leftovers and vowed to be back. We had avoided this one because of some earlier bad reviews. Do not make the same mistake. A little pricey in comparison to some but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.“

“I made reservations for 7 for my daughter's birthday. It's a lovely establishment. We each had different items and everything was good. There were a few items that weren't delicious but it was all good. We will definitely go back and try different things.“
