“This place is amazing!!!! I never knew it was right here under my nose until my boyfriend drove by and saw it. We love trying new places and so glad we did. It smells amazing when you walk in and the service was great. There are so many delicious looking options. You wouldn’t think popsicles (paletas) could come in so many flavors. I had the key lime pie paleta and my boyfriend had the s’mores one. They were delicious. We will definitely be back to try more.“
“So excited to have Tijuana Flats in Mobile!!! I had no idea this location existed and stopped in immediately upon seeing the sign. Spoke with the manager(owner?) and he was incredibly friendly and could tell how excited I was for a closer location. The food was delicious and service was quick! Can’t wait to go back!!!“
“This place is incredible. This has to be one of Mobiles best kept secrets, I have never in my life had better and more authentic Hispanic food. Everything in this place is cooked perfectly and tastes so so good. The atmosphere is amazing and feels very welcoming. The staff is always super nice and helpful, the menu makes sense, and the prices are phenomenal. After eating here I will never be going to a Mexican food establishment besides this one. If you haven’t eaten here yet you have to. The nachos are incredible as an appetizer, and you can’t go wrong with fajitas but it doesn’t matter what you get because it will not disappoint. “Wow! Just so good. From the minute we stepped in line to order we were greeted, offered a menu and asked if we would like to get something to drink while we waited to order. Our drinks came out immediately! The food was amazing. They accidentally added sour cream to hubby’s order. He ask the waitress if he could get one without sour cream ( can’t eat it) and he had another made and back to the table in ONE minute- literally! The queso & the food was the bomb- drinks were cold and service was great! Highly recommended!!! Wish there was one in Pensacola! Way to go Taco Mama, you knocked it out of the park!“
“Excellent food all the way around, from beans, chips, pupusas, salsa, tacos, tamales, and tortillas, yes we had it all. Our waiter was superb! We had to sit outside because the music was too loud and we wanted to talk but other than that its was perfect.“

“Stopped by for lunch and went back with friends for dinner. Have tried the Birria Quesadilla and have tried the chicken and rice with cheese. You can't go wrong with either. I did feel the Horchata was a little overpriced for the amount compared to other places but overall was a good experience. Service was friendly and attentive“
“The food was absolutely amazing. Glad we stopped here on our way back to Birmingham from Biloxi. The restaurant was clean and it wasn't dark like most Mexican restaurants we have been to. Can't wait for our next trip because we will definitely be back.“
“I really need for this place to remodel the inside and out. The potential is there for them to be much better. It's was dark and some of the booths are damaged, tables wobbly. The parking lot is a disaster and the outside eating area is non-existent. I alson noticed the the potion sizes have gotten smaller as well, but the prizes have gone up. The food is still good and the owner is always nice and friendly. The one waitress hey do have at times is a hit and miss on the attitude.“

“In my opinion, the best Tex-Mex restaurant in the area. The only draw back is that it is a little too small for the customer base, and due to sharing a small land-locked parking area with several other businesses then it can be difficult to find parking. If you show up during peak lunch and dinner hours then expect a wait. They do offer carry-out if that is what you are looking for.“

“Great little spot if you like delicious tacos, cheap prices, fast service and no frills. The tacos are either 3 or 4 dollars depending on the protein you choose. But these are not small tacos. I ordered one Campechana (my favorite of the three), one Carnitas (very tasty and juicy pork), and one barbacoa (good. A little too much sauce on mine). I would definitely recommend this place.“
“I recently ordered from a food delivery app. Aztecas had the food ready quickly, and the driver picked it up, but never brought it to my house. The food delivery service created a new order for me, then canceled it too. But they did not cancel with the restaurant. The Assistant Manager at Aztecas knew all the trouble I was going thru, and personally delivered the order himself. TO MY HOUSE!! I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service. And the food was delicious. I have been going to this restaurant for years and highly recommend it for great food and great service!!“
“The staff and owners were so accommodating for our party of 50 plus. We did let them know in advance the date and time. Our family met there after a celebration of life service. This is one of the best kept secret Mexican Restaurants in Mobile. Food and margaritas are great.“
