Will be back now with new staff and hopeful that cooks understand how and what to cook and serve.
It was the Fourth of July. Almost all the Mexican restaurants were closed (what's up with that). My friend and I had checked all our favorite Mexican restaurants to no avail. Then as we were preparing to give up I noticed the open sign on Rio. Was it a fluke? No, they were open. Now we have eaten here before and usually the food was good. This time the food was outstanding. I don't remember what my friend had, but apparently he really enjoyed it. I had the Banderas Enchiladas....read full review
