I ordered food to-go for my families dinner. My son’s corn dog kids meal was burnt, I had to make him a sandwich. The macaroni & cheese was not edible…disappointed. We will not be return customers.
The seafood gumbo was the best I've had in a long time. Had a Fried shrimp platter too. Onion rings on the side. Both fried items were a little heavy on the breading. Other than that food was very good!

I needed some food like my grandma and mom made, good veggies made with soul and care in them. My parents used to eat here regularly but I hadn't been until today. I chatted with staff, was treated like family, and ate veggies and cornbread like a horse. I didn't leave a speck on the plate. ? We will be back regularly, because home cooking with down home folks is refreshing. Comfort food is an understatement.
