We had the crawfish and they were good but my favorite part was the hospitality and entertainment. When we walked in we were given samples of chicken and dumplings then while we were eating he noticed we didn’t have anything to drink so he handed us 3 waters and also brought bread out to my SIL to go with her dumplings. You have to try this place their food is amazing!!! I absolutely love their mahi sandwich.
Everything in the store is fresh and so good.

Lartigue's on the Hill is a gem in Mobile. The atmosphere is kind and welcoming, with a very friendly southern and homey Cajun feel. The team is friendly, and the place is always clean. Guests felt like old friends and enjoyed the hospitality and entertainment, including samples of chicken and dumplings and complimentary bread.
The food is absolutely delicious. Meals mentioned include fish tacos, fresh Redfish and Speckled Trout filets, pot pie, shrimp poboy, shrimp and sausage platter, mahi-mahi tacos with potato salad, and crawfish. The fish could not have been any fresher, the shrimp was excellent, and they did not skimp on the shrimp. The cocktail sauce has a spicy kick but is still really flavorful. There are also great ready-to-eat options and some of the best gumbo in Mobile. The food is exceptionally delicious, and just the smell and look of the food makes mouths water.
