The four stars came from the grill staff. Management needs to be vastly improved. Thought it best to turn me away even though I showed proof of an online order. His solution was to dispute it with my bank.
The meat is dry, fries super soggy. I got the strawberry Lemonade, and it didn't taste right this time. Idk if it's old or if they just made it weird. But it was not good. I asked the lady to give me unsweet tea instead. She was not friendly at all. Rude and didn't care about customers. I don't recommend this place.

Almost every Charley's Cheesesteak place I go to is great..... But this place seems to need to improve on customer service bigtime. It doesn't take much for a worker to be pleasant to customers that enter the restaurant.
