Almost every Charley's Cheesesteak place I go to is great..... But this place seems to need to improve on customer service bigtime. It doesn't take much for a worker to be pleasant to customers that enter the restaurant.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. The manager she said she was have the worst ever customer service. I wouldn't hire her to take my trash out. After spending 18.23 cent and your sign states banana peppers free I definitely expect to get them free not pay .60 cent. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered doordash through Charley's cheesesteaks... 45 minutes later they cancelled my order. I then tried to call and ask why they cancelled and not once did they pick up. ANY OTHER LOCATION BESIDES THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!
Don't even get a 1 star rude employees talk about you while your standing there cause I ask for hot fries and no mayo 6/26/23 girl on grill and guy cooking fry's told me those were fresh while I been standing watching them be cold ask for my money back if he wasn't gonna cook them fresh he told no refund and that I was rude #1 your girl on the grill and you were rude the little cashier came and dropped my fry's cause I was getting mad than I don't eat cold fry's and stuff I didn't order on my food for that price last time I eat there very poor management

Yesterday around 2pm my mom came here and had the worst experience. Whoever was working on making the sandwiches needs a new job and needs to correct her attitude because she was very rude. My mother was unaware that the sandwich came with pickles and tomatoes on it. She asked the lady to please remove it and the woman slammed her hands down and said “I don’t have time for this! You don’t want none of it?” And she took her hand and swiped everything off the sandwich! My mom then asked her to cut the 12” sandwich in half and the woman slammed her hands down again and said “I can’t do that. I don’t have time for that”. This is by far the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Absolutely embarrassing.

I only left 1 star because I HAD TO!! Went in and placed an order, the order was wrong so I asked for a refund. Ol Charlie prince told me he didn't have to give me a refund and KEPT MY FOOD. THIS IS ROBBERY!!!
