Never had a bad experience here. Food is always right, hot and fresh, and the staff are so kind and friendly! I've also never seen a bell in one before, but it says to ring it for receiving good service and being happy. I imagine kids enjoy it, but it's a fun little feature to the restaurant.
The employee on the drive through speaker was very thorough and spoke clearly with a welcoming tone.Food came out quick, was pipping hot and fresh.Went back for bit more Arby's sauce and gave us a good extra 6-7 packets. (never can have enough between fries and sandwiches)Best experience at an Arby's.

The restaurant was very clean. The restroom as well. They had a Christian radio station on which I felt was pleasant instead of always hearing rap or etc …Wheelchair accessibility: Restroom was wide enough that you could get a wheelchair in the restaurant itself. Nothing was blocked out. Everything was accessible.
