Service in the drive thru was very slow today. Not good when we only have a limited amount of time for lunch. It was one car order. Once that car was serviced the line started to move like normal.
I picked up at the drive thru yesterday. The sub was not made fresh when I ordered. It was taken out of the refrigerator and was definitely not good. The lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber were all on one end. Probably not going back.

This Jimmy John's is great I use the drive thru,they are fast and very courteous and always ask if I'm a member to add to my reward point balance. And of course the sandwiches are great!
