Wetzel's Pretzels is a very clean kept location with a great atmosphere. The food is amazing, delicious, and good, described as a 10/10 and hot and fresh made to order. Specific items like cinnamon pretzels, pizza pretzels, icees, funnel cake bitz, and funnel cake are all praised. The service is quick, kind, amazing, friendly, and patient, with staff giving helpful recommendations. The team works well together, showing a good bond. Many reviewers compare it favorably to other chains and state they will definitely return. While most experiences are highly positive, one small note mentions an order error, though the item was still enjoyed.
