Yo so idk what to tell you but this is not in Kentucky I went here assuming I’d get some Kentucky fried chicken (in the name btw) and yet I’m still in Alabama. Yo can we get this checked out please. (Also I am not at my hotel yet)
I love kfc but the attitude from the workers and wait times are crazy. They wouldn’t let refund an item they no longer have and said we couldn’t switch it out for anything and to basically take the loss
I came in right at closing and the people working at this location were ALL so accommodating and kind!! Tikisha, Jordan and Kia especially!! They even made sure my service dog felt loved!!!! And the food was amazing and fresh even at 9:50ish pm and they made sure we were very taken care of!! Thanks ladies!!!
