They had the lobby closed at 7:40 and the door says 9. I went thru the drive thru and they were out of chicken they had to cook it im still sitting here at 9:00 waiting on my food i only ordered the 20 box with 6 pieces of chicken.

People here don't like to provide customer service at all. You can wait in drive thru line for 30 minutes before they'll even talk to you, and then they won't take you're order. In the evenings they run out of chicken but don't seem to do anything about it. Terrible place, you're better off anywhere else!

Sweet lady that took our order. I could tell she was new and very young. They are understaffed and overworked. The manager never pitched in to help them with orders just watched. There were 5-8 people behind us waiting to get assisted.

I have gone to the KFC here in Foley Al at least once a week sometimes twice hoping to get served because eat ONLY the sides. Every trip they will say a hold for 15-25 minutes. ON SIDES???? You need some good management. Tonight his excuse for a hold was they were busy. There was literally one person in drive thru, one parked and three standing at the counter. Let’s hope they don’t really get busy.WAKE UP CORPORATE !!!YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!

Didn’t get a receipt to fill out a survey, was told to pull over and wait for an order that only contained a large mashed potato with gravy. Waited 5 minutes, someone came out with the wrong order. Waited another 10 minutes and the order came out with no plastic ware so I had to go in which defeats the purpose of drive thru

Absolutely the worst managed location. I was asked to pull over and they would bring it out to me. Five cars pulled in after me. 20 minutes later I went in and got my order. This happens all the time here.
My husband just drove 20 minutes to pick up a $75 order. Their phone lines are not working. We received half raw smashed biscuits missing sides and one bucket of chicken. Looks like it has been ran over see attached photos will be calling management tomorrow. Will never ever use KFC in Foley again my order total was over $78. Absolutely disgusting.

On 3-2 -3024 @ 3:21 Foley AL- drive through girl was very.. very.. rude. The speaker box has a lot of static and you can' hear well. FOR HER to act as she did toward anyone says alot about her personality, demoner, and she be held accountable for the way she talks to people. Bad day or not- don't let it show- #careermindedindividuals
