It was one of the greates Nicaraguan food I’ve ever ate.. the Flavor it was like eating in one of the fritangas in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Love the place and food
A must if visiting or regular. Food is some of the best

Carne Asada Darling serves up fragrant and bountiful dishes that are freshly made to perfection. This family-owned spot is super welcoming, kind, and full of great energy. The food is AMAZING REAL FRESH FOOD, with plenty for a great price. Try their delicious tacos with green and red sauce, or indulge in their mouth-watering fried pork and yuca, paired with a refreshing pineapple drink. The beef grilled meat and birria tacos are delicious, and the carne asada plate with beans, rice, and coleslaw tastes just like home. The owners are very sweet and friendly, and you can really tell they put their soul into the food and service. A must-visit spot that's worth the drive and money, with really good service and very cheap prices. This is a food truck next to a gas station, but they have a cover over the seating area and it’s even decorated. The quesadilla and beef sandwich were yummy. The Al pastor tacos were 10/10 amazing.
