I was just passing through Pensacola and looking for a place to get a seafood dinner. Found out about The Fishing Hole through Yelp recommendations. Had a bit of an issue finding the restaurant in the strip shopping center but so glad I found it! I had the fried oysters, with coleslaw and baked beans. Usually I like raw oysters but there weren't on the menu. The oysters were plump, lightly battered, and delicious!!! Same with the side dishes. Service was great! Very attentive...read full review
Had the fried mullet and it was delicious... wife had the trigger fish, and she loved it! Side salad is huge, and enough for two people to share! Ample portions for the price... great customer interaction... my tea glass never got empty!

I had the mullet and it was cooked perfectly; the batter was crunchy and delicious. Amazing hush puppies and the cole slaw was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!
